the sizes and positions of graphics.
I am comfortable with imperfection.”

A new dental assistant was in her second week of training.

Me: “How is it going?”

New Dental Assistant: “I’m enjoying the job. I worked as a server for 5 years, then decided I wanted to work in the dental field. I worked at a lab making and repairing dentures, then decided I wanted to work with people  I’m very happy working with people.”

Me: “I’m  glad you found your place.  I think too many people become doctors because their parents want them to become doctors, not because they want to be doctors. Those doctors aren’t good for patients.

New Dental Assistant: “I agree.”

New Dental Assistant wants to work with people in the dental field, so she’ll be good for patients.
